  • Cassava flour400 g
  • Lard or oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Cabbage to taste
  • Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Eggs10 unit(s)
  • Large onion1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Bacon500 g
  • Sausage500 g
  • Colorau2 tablespoon
  • Pepper to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, cook the beans for approximately 10 minutes or until al dente.
  2. After cooking, drain the broth and set aside.
  3. In a large pan, place the lard or oil and fry the bacon and sausage.
  4. Add the onion, garlic, put it and wait for it to wither
  5. Fry the eggs in the same pan
  6. Add chopped cabbage
  7. Add the beans and check the salt
  8. Mix in the flour little by little so it doesn't dry out too much, and it's ready.
