  • Baked beans500 g
  • Pepperoni sausage cut into cubes2 unit(s)
  • Bacon cut into cubes200 g
  • Crushed garlic4 unit(s)
  • Scrambled eggs4 unit(s)
  • Sliced Kale to taste
  • Roasted and ground cassava flour1.1/2 cup
  • Salt, pepperoni, hot paprika, black pepper, parsley to taste
  1. Cook the beans and pay attention to the point. It should be firm but cooked through.
  2. In a large pan, brown the pepperoni and bacon.
  3. Once golden, remove from the pan and use the residual fat to brown the onion and garlic.
  4. Return the sausage and bacon to the pan, add the beans (don't use the broth!), the cabbage, the eggs, the seasonings and gradually add the flour.
  5. It's not to be like a farofa, it's to be wet.
