- Baked beans200 g
- Salt to taste to taste
- Roasted Cassava Flour150 g
- Black pepper to taste to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry until golden, then add the onion and sauté until translucent, add the crushed garlic and fry for another minute.
- Add the eggs and let it fry well. Now add the cooked beans and season with salt and pepper.
- Finally add the cassava flour little by little and keep stirring.
- Finish with parsley to taste.
- Ready.
