  • Butter Beans1 cup
  • Dried Beef100 g
  • Bacon80 g
  • Red Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell50 g
  • Salt, Olive Oil, Chimichurri and Black Pepper to taste
  1. Cook the beans until al dente. Also cook the dried meat and change the water during cooking to remove the salt.
  2. On medium heat, place a pan and add a drizzle of olive oil, the bacon to brown, add the dried meat too, after golden, put the cooked garlic and the onion cut into cubes. Mix and let it brown.
  3. Add the tomato and let it brown a little and finally add the butter beans and mix well. Put some salt, kingdom pepper, Chimichurri and mix well. Add the green smell and mix. And serve.
