  • Chopped beef jerky without salt300 g
  • Chopped pepperoni200 g
  • Chopped Bacon200 g
  • Chopped Quencho to taste
  • Chopped chives to taste
  • Oil to taste
  • Chopped tomato to taste
  • Chopped Onion to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Bay leaves2 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic to taste
  1. Start by putting the beans to cook with salt, bay leaf and garlic
  2. When it is al dente, remove from heat and drain the water.
  3. In a pan put the bacon to fry, then the charque and the pepperoni.
  4. When everything is fried, put the tomato, onion, hot, chives, add 50 ml of water and add the beans.
  5. Mix everything very well, wait 5 minutes and turn off.
