  • Carioca type beans5 cup
  • Chopped kale leaves4 unit(s)
  • Chopped pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
  • Minced Bacon200 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • Cassava flour1/2 cup
  • Chimichuri1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Wash the beans well, then bring to the fire in a pressure cooker, add water until covered. When the pot gets pressure, count 5 min and turn off.
  2. Drain the beans and reserve. In another pan add the oil, then add the garlic and onion until golden, gradually add the pepperoni sausage, the bacon fry them well, and finally add the cabbage. Mix well.
  3. Now it's time to add the beans, stir well, and sauté for about 3 min. Then add the chimichuri, salt to taste. Turn off the fire, and gradually add the flour, mix well so that all the beans receive flour. Ready, now it's just a delight. This bean is an excellent accompaniment to your barbecue.
