- minced bacon150 g
- minced pepperoni sausage250 g
- cup (coffee) of olive oil1 coffee spoon
- Chopped Onions2 unit(s)
- crushed garlic cloves6 unit(s)
- boiled and drained beans500 g
- Bacon bouillon cube1 unit(s)
- whole and chopped fried eggs4 unit(s)
- green smell to taste to taste
- spoon of raw cassava flour1/2 tablespoon
- salt and pepper to taste to taste
- Put the oil in a pan and fry the bacon and sausage separately, then set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the onion and garlic, add the drained beans and the bacon broth.
- Add the bacon and sausage again, add the manioc flour and the chopped fried eggs.
- Add a lot of green smell.
- Season with salt and pepper and it's ready to serve.
