  • Bacon1 to taste
  • Calabreza1 unit(s)
  • Cabbage Leaf6 unit(s)
  • Cassava flour1 cup
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Cook the beans under pressure for 10 minutes, open and see if it's cooked, but don't let it cook too much to the point of forming syrup, it's al dente.
  2. While the beans are cooking, in a pan, fry the bacon in the oil, the pepperoni, garlic and onion, in the same order.
  3. After the beans are cooked, drain the water and mix in the pan with the bacon, and use the mixture with the cabbage. If the beans are dry, add a little more oil.
  4. Fry the eggs well fried and mix everything with the flour. Other seasonings and pepper to taste.
