Boiled String Beans

Em uma panela comece fritando o bacon e a calabresa 

In a pan, start frying the bacon and pepperoni.

Na sequência entre com a cebola bem picadinha e o alho que é opcional 

Then, add the finely chopped onion and garlic, which is optional.

Entre com o feijão de corda já cozido e tempere com os temperos de sua preferência 

Add the already cooked string beans and season with your favorite seasonings.

Adicione a farinha de mandioca, e caso fique seco você pode umidecer com manteiga derretida 

Add the manioc flour, and if it gets dry you can moisten it with melted butter.

Finalize servindo com couve refogada cheiro verde  e ovos fritos 

Finish by serving with sautéed cabbage greens and fried eggs
