- Diced Bacon250 g
- Sliced Kale to taste
- Boiled Eggs4 unit(s)
- Ready crackling300 g
- Cassava flour200 g
- Butter or margarine4 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- In a pan over low heat, place the butter and bacon until golden. Add the pepperoni and let it fry a little.
- Now put the garlic and onion and wait for a fry. Add the beans and mix. Put salt to taste.
- Add the cabbage and give it a stir so it wilts. Add the eggs gently.
- Now add the cassava flour little by little, enough to incorporate the mixture without getting too dry.
- Finally, transfer the mixture to a platter and mix the cracklings.
- Note: You can use other types of beans of your choice.
