- White rice3 cup
- Margarine3 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- grated onion to taste
- Cooked and grated carrots to taste
- Cooked and grated beets to taste
- Gems2 to taste
- Wash the rice and let it dry.
- In a pan, put the margarine, the grated onion and the salt to sauté.
- Saute the rice and add the boiling water.
- When the rice is ready, divide it into 3 parts.
- Spread some margarine in the Pirex and add the white rice.
- How to prepare yellow rice: Put the other part of the rice in a pan, to sauté with the cooked and grated carrot, a spoon of margarine and the egg yolk, mix everything. And put it on top of white rice.
- Preparing red rice: Place the other part of the rice in a pan to sauté with the cooked and grated beetroot, a spoon of margarine and the egg yolk, mix everything together. And put it on top of the yellow rice.
- Thus forming the tricolor rice.
