Em uma panela põe-se a margarina  a cebola ralada e o sal pra  pra refogar.

In a pan, put the margarine, the grated onion and the salt to sauté.

Refoque o arroz  e coloque a água que deve está fervendo. 

Saute the rice and add the boiling water.

Quando o arroz tiver pronto divida em 3 partes.

When the rice is ready, divide it into 3 parts.

Passe-se um pouco  de margarina no Pirex e põe o arroz branco.

Spread some margarine in the Pirex and add the white rice.

Como preparar o arroz amarelo:
 Coloca-se a outra parte do arroz 
em uma panela,  para refogar com a cenoura cozida e ralada, uma colher de margarina e a gema do ovo, misture tudo.
E coloca em cima do arroz branco. 

How to prepare yellow rice:
 Put the other part of the rice
in a pan, to sauté with the cooked and grated carrot, a spoon of margarine and the egg yolk, mix everything.
And put it on top of white rice.

Preparar o arroz vermelho:
Coloca-se a outra parte do arroz em uma panela pra refogar com a beterraba cozida e ralada, uma  colher de margarina e a gema do ovo, misture tudo.
E coloque em cima do arroz amarelo. 


Preparing red rice:
Place the other part of the rice in a pan to sauté with the cooked and grated beetroot, a spoon of margarine and the egg yolk, mix everything together.
And put it on top of the yellow rice.
