- Water to cover the rice500 ml
- Salt2 tablespoon
- Preparation Crush the garlic, pour the cup of oil in a pan and throw the garlic, put it on the fire to brown. After golden add the rice, stir well, for about 2 minutes then add the water. Cover the pan and let it sauté when the water is drying, lower the heat. Stick a fork in to see if it's dry or if it's not burning and turn it off. It's ready to serve and delight 🥰😋
