Preparo
Amasse o alho despeje em uma panela a xícara de óleo e jogue o alho, leve ao fogo para dourar. Depois de dourado adicione o arroz,mexa bem,por uns 2 minutos em seguida acrescente a água. Tampe a panela e deixe refogar quando a água estiver secando abaixe o fogo. Enfiar um garfo para ver se está seco ou se não está queimando e desligue. Está pronto para servir e se deliciar 🥰😋

Preparation
Crush the garlic, pour the cup of oil in a pan and throw the garlic, put it on the fire to brown. After golden add the rice, stir well, for about 2 minutes then add the water. Cover the pan and let it sauté when the water is drying, lower the heat. Stick a fork in to see if it's dry or if it's not burning and turn it off. It's ready to serve and delight 🥰😋
