Potatoes cut into thin slices

Comecei pelas batatas então descasquei e cortei elas em fatias não muito fina .

I started with the potatoes then peeled and cut them into not too thin slices.

Depois em uma panela coloquei o azeite, o alho e a cebola picada e deixei fritar um pouco. 

Then in a pan put the oil, garlic and chopped onion and let it fry a little.

Depois coloquei as batatas e os temperos,  misture tudo muito bem e adicionei a água .

Then I put the potatoes and seasonings, mix everything very well and added the water.

Deixei cozinhar por uns 10 minutos e depois e só desligar o fogo e servir 

I let it cook for about 10 minutes and then just turn off the heat and serve.
