  • Onion3 unit(s)
  • Garlic Head1 unit(s)
  • Leek1 unit(s)
  • Thyme to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable broth1 l
  1. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces
  2. Sauté the onion, garlic and leek over low heat until caramelized.
  3. Increase the heat and add the tomatoes, sauté well and cover with the vegetable stock and thyme.
  4. Lower the heat to as low as you can, (turning the stove knob to maximum until almost off the flame is lower than minimum)
  5. Let it reduce until almost all the broth dries up, stirring occasionally.
  6. Adjust salt and pepper
