Arborio rice1 cup
Onion1/2 tablespoon
Garlic1/2 tablespoon
White wine1/2 cup
Beef/chicken broth1 l
Butter1/2 tablespoon
Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
Mozzarella40 g
Parmesan20 g
Bacon50 g
Salt to taste

boil the broth
Fry the bacon and set aside
Saute garlic and onion in bacon oil
Add rice and stir
Add the wine and wait for it to evaporate.
Add a ladle of stock to the rice, cover and wait for it to dry. Repeat the process until the broth runs out.
When adding the last ladle of broth, add the butter, cheeses and bacon
Serve
