Coloque a manteiga na frigideira, quando começar a derreter acrescente o azeite para evitar que queime, não precisa ser muito.

Put the butter in the skillet, when it starts to melt add the oil to prevent it from burning, it doesn't need to be too much.

Acrescente a cebola picada e deixe refogar, antes que comece a dourar acrescente o alho, quando o alho começar a soltar o cheiro de refoga, antes de dourar, acrescente a cenoura ralada e o alho poró, refogue bem e acrescente a linguiça, deixe tudo dourar.

Add the chopped onion and let it sauté, before it starts to brown, add the garlic, when the garlic starts to release the smell of sauté, before it browns, add the grated carrot and the garlic, sauté well and add the sausage, leave everything brown.

Acrescente a farinha, misture bem e deixe tostar, caso fique seca, acrescente mais  manteiga, mexa bem e quando ela estiver toda tostadinha e com aquele cheirinho de farofa, está pronto!

Add the flour, mix well and let it toast, if it gets dry, add more butter, stir well and when it's all toasted and with that smell of farofa, it's ready!
