  • Pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Large carrot1 unit(s)
  • Large Potato1 unit(s)
  • Small white onion1 unit(s)
  • Red, yellow and green peppers3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Minced garlic1 tablespoon
  1. I left the chickpeas to soak overnight. Drain the water and reserve, cut the pepperoni into slices and fry in oil until golden, add the chopped garlic and mix well. I added the onion and peppers, the seasonings and sautéed well.
  2. Add the drained chickpeas and hot water to cover, cover the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes. After that time I added the sliced carrots, cooked for 10 minutes and added the cubed potato and cooked for another 10 minutes. I ended up with a green scent. Note: I didn't use a pressure cooker, I made it in a normal pot.
