Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador exceto a cenoura e a azeitona. Assim que estiver uma pasta acrescente o restante dos ingredientes. 

Fica perfeito com torradas e é a base perfeita para o sanduíche natural.

Blend all ingredients in a blender except carrots and olives. Once it's a paste add the rest of the ingredients.

It goes perfect with toast and is the perfect base for a natural sandwich.
