- Onion1/2 cup
- Carrot1/2 cup
- Cucumber Pickles1/2 cup
- Mustard1 coffee spoon
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Parsley and Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Finely chop the onion, carrot and cucumber pickle. The smaller, the better the result!
- In a bowl, combine the chopped ingredients.
- Also add the chopped parsley and chives, salt to taste and black pepper.
- Finally, add the mustard and mayonnaise.
- Mix well and just enjoy!
