  • Salt1 to taste
  • Margarine1 to taste
  1. In a frying pan add the margarine, let it melt and crack the egg and let it fry for 2 minutes.
  2. In another frying pan, let it heat up, add the 3 tablespoons of tapioca, spread it out well, let it cook for 1 minute, turn it, and leave it for another 1 minute.
  3. Place the tapioca on a plate, add the egg, fold and serve
