Coloque os 500ml de leite no fogo até ferver em fogo médio.

Put the 500 ml of milk on the fire until it boils over medium heat.

Em um recipiente misture bem os demais ingredientes.

In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients well.

Acrescente o leite aos poucos e misturando até tudo estar homogêneo.

Gradually add the milk and mix until everything is smooth.

Coloque essa mistura numa travessa quadrada ou retangular e leve para geladeira por 4 horas.

Place this mixture in a square or rectangular dish and take it to the fridge for 4 hours.

Desenforme e corte os cubos e frite em óleo quente e fogo baixo.

Unmold and cut the cubes and fry in hot oil on low heat.

Acompanhe com geleia de pimenta que é uma excelente combinação.
