  1. Cut the base and the tip of the lemon, removing the rind and inner bark (white part). Cut in half from one end to the other, and again in the middle, leaving lemon quarters. Remove the white membrane that is in the middle. (Eliminating this part avoids one of the reasons why lemonade is bitter).
  2. Put the lemon in the blender, with 500ml of water and beat for 1 minute. No more than that. If not, the lemonade is also bitter.
  3. Then coe in a jar with the help of a sieve. Wash the blender cup to remove the peel residue, return the strained juice to the blender cup, as well as all the other ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes.
