Sweet Potato

Comecei colocando as batata doce para cozinhar. Com a água. Deixei cozinhar por uns 10 minutos 

I started by putting the sweet potatoes to cook. With the water. I let it cook for about 10 minutes.

Depois eu descasquei elas e passei elas no processador para ficar bem trituradinha. 

Then I peeled them and passed them in the food processor to be finely ground.

Agora na panela coloquei o purê de batata doce , a manteiga e o sal e o leite .

Now in the pan I put the sweet potato puree, the butter and the salt and the milk.

Misturei tudo muito bem e deixei em fogo baixo até ficar bem cremosinho depois e só servir 

I mixed everything very well and left it on low heat until it was very creamy and then just serve.
