Peeled and grated sweet potato

Descasque a batata doce, cozinhe por 5 minutos, espere esfriar e após rale ela.

Peel the sweet potato, cook for 5 minutes, wait for it to cool and then grate it.

Coloque a batata ralada junto com o azeite e farinha de trigo 

Put the grated potato together with the oil and wheat flour

Tempere ela com ervas e temperos (eu usei sal, açafrão, chimichurri) misturando bem 

Season it with herbs and spices (I used salt, saffron, chimichurri) mixing well

Faça bolinhas e leve a airfryer por 20min a 280°

Make balls and take the airfryer for 20min at 280°
