- Japanese pumpkin cut into canoe shape1 unit(s)
- Good quality extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt, hot paprika and lemon pepper to taste
- Cane molasses or honey to taste
- Wash the pumpkin well and cut it into the desired shape, add the seasonings to taste and coat well with extra virgin olive oil and cane molasses
- Mix well all over the pumpkin and take it to the airfryer preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until it's soft.
- Enjoy your food!
