Em uma panela junte a água as batatas e o sal, cozinha até ficarem macias mais tome cuidado para não passar do ponto.
Escorra e reserve.

 Uma panela adicione o azeite e doure o alho  seguida adicionar a manteiga e o chimichurri mexa e adicione as batatas agora mexa com delicadeza pata que o tempero se incorpore as batata e já está pronto. Se quiser adiantar a salsinha e cebolinha a gosto.
Por aqui é sempre sucesso.
