- Salt to taste
- Cinnamon powder1/2 teaspoon
- Clean and wash the peppers. Remove the seeds. Chop them very small or grind them in a food processor. Do the same with the apple.
- Bring the peppers and other ingredients over high heat until it starts to boil. Lower the heat and let it cook. When you notice that the sugar has incorporated into the ingredients and that the mixture resembles a syrup, it's ready. Store in a glass jar.
