- Milk1/2 l
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Corn starch1/2 cup
- Mozzarella150 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- Place all the ingredients (MIND THE MILK CREAM) in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Taste the salt. (You can season to taste)
- Wait for it to cool down.
- Add the cream and the cooled mixture to the mixer and beat on medium speed until all the mixture is homogeneous.
- Place in jars with a lid.
