- Cheese200 g
- Ham200 g
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Seasonings to taste
- Wash the zucchinis well and cut them in half.
- Remove the core of them and reserve.
- In a bowl, mix the Curd, cheese and chopped ham and Seasonings to taste.
- Stuff each zucchini with the mixture.
- Place 1 slice of cheese on each.
- Bake until well browned.
- I like it very al dente, crispy.
