  • Mozzarella2 unit(s)
  • Fontal Cheese100 g
  • Guanciale (replaceable with Bacon)30 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Zucchini Flowers10 unit(s)
  1. Clean the zucchini flower by removing the stalk and the tube with the pollen. Wash and dry.
  2. Cut the eggplant and sauté it with the guanciale. Skip the guanciale if you're a vegetarian.
  3. Cut the mozzarella and salt it to let the excess liquid drain.
  4. Add the eggplant, mozzarella, fontal cheese and an egg and hit the blender
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  6. Place the stuffing inside the flower being careful not to break it, place them inside a baking dish
  7. Grate Parmesan on top and cook for 12 minutes in the fan oven.
