- zucchini preparation Wash the zucchini, cut it in half and put it to cook with water and salt (don't let it cook too much). Once cooked, remove and place in a refractory or tray.
- PREPARING MINCED MEAT Fry the meat, add salt and let it brown (add seasonings of your choice such as onions, tomatoes, peppers, etc.)
- MOUNTING Remove some of the zucchini dough with a small spoon, making a hole in the zucchini, add the curd and then the ground beef. Cover with cheese and place in the oven until the cheese melts.
