- Cooked rice8 tablespoon
- Large Tomatoes6 unit(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoon
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic (suggestion: 1 clove) to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Parsley to taste
- paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wash the tomatoes, make a thin cut on the top of each one.
- With a spoon, remove the seeds and some of the pulp. Soak the tomatoes in oil, salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Sauté the 2 chopped tomatoes without skin and seeds in oil, with the onion, garlic, basil, parsley and carrot, finely chopped and seasoned with salt and paprika.
- Let it cook on low heat.
- Once cooked, pass through a sieve, add to the sauce in which the tomatoes were left, season with the grated cheese and margarine.
- Mix everything with the rice and stuff the tomatoes. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake in a hot oven, preheated to 200°C, in a greased refractory dish, for about 20 minutes.
- Serve it hot.
