Lave os tomates, faça um corte fino na parte superior de cada um.

Wash the tomatoes, make a thin cut on the top of each one.

Com uma colher, retire as sementes e um pouco da polpa. Deixe os tomates de molho em óleo, sal e pimenta por 15 minutos.

With a spoon, remove the seeds and some of the pulp. Soak the tomatoes in oil, salt and pepper for 15 minutes.

Refogue no óleo os 2 tomates picados sem pele e sem sementes, com a cebola, o alho, o manjericão, a salsinha e a cenoura, bem picadas e temperados com sal e páprica.

Sauté the 2 chopped tomatoes without skin and seeds in oil, with the onion, garlic, basil, parsley and carrot, finely chopped and seasoned with salt and paprika.

Depois de cozidos, passe pela peneira, junte ao molho em que ficaram os tomates, tempere com o queijo ralado e a margarina.

Once cooked, pass through a sieve, add to the sauce in which the tomatoes were left, season with the grated cheese and margarine.

Misture tudo ao arroz e recheie os tomates. Polvilhe queijo parmesão ralado por cima e leve ao forno quente, pré-aquecido à temperatura de 200 °C, em um prato refratário untado, por cerca de 20 minutos.

Mix everything with the rice and stuff the tomatoes. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake in a hot oven, preheated to 200°C, in a greased refractory dish, for about 20 minutes.
