- Ricotta Cream3 tablespoon
- Basil leaves4 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Curry to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Thread of olive oil to taste
- Make a cut in the top of the tomato and remove all the core, leaving no seeds. Add a pinch of salt and turn the tomatoes upside down so as not to accumulate liquid. Reserve;
- In the mixer, beat the ricotta cream, the basil leaves, the pepper, the curry and the salt;
- Stuff the tomatoes, cover with oregano and place in a greased roast with a thread of olive oil;
- Bake in a preheated oven (200°) for 40 minutes.
