Ricotta300 g
Parsley to taste
Olive oil to taste
Mozzarella cheese to taste
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste

Remove the lid and seed from the tomatoes.
Mix together the ricotta, parsley, salt and oil to taste and black pepper.
