  • Parsley to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Remove the lid and seed from the tomatoes.
  2. Mix together the ricotta, parsley, salt and oil to taste and black pepper.
  3. stuff the tomatoes
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and oregano on top
  5. In a mold, place the tomatoes with a little oil on the base so as not to burn and on top of the tomatoes as well.
  6. Take it to the oven at 190° for about 30 minutes and serve ready
