- Cream cheese300 g
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Green garlic stalks3 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Wild Onions to taste
- Grate the boiled eggs. To them, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, chopped green garlic, chives and anchovies.
- Mix everything very well and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Cut the tomatoes as shown in the photo and fill them with the prepared mixture.
