Gorgonzola50 g
Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Olive oil to taste
Salt and spices to taste
Parmesan to taste

Make holes with a fork in the already cooked potato, and then make a cut lengthwise and remove some of the potato core.
For the filling, sauté the onion in olive oil, add the cream, the gorgonzola cheese, wait for it to melt, adjust the salt and then stuff the potato.
Top with plenty of parmesan and bake for another 20 minutes.
This stuffing is just an option, you can stuff it with chicken, ground beef, it's up to you
