  • Puff pastry500 g
  • Mushroom300 g
  • Cooking cream150 ml
  • Cheese200 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Olive oil10 ml
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Roll the puff pastry into a roll. We cut it into equal pieces.
  2. We shape baskets. Prepare the filling by frying the mushrooms in butter, to which we add a little oil so that the butter does not burn.
  3. Fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes over moderate heat.
  4. Put the cream and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Finally, add the grated cheese and leave for 1 minute on low heat.
  5. After the filling has cooled, fill the baskets. Spread them with beaten egg yolk. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
