Stuffed Potatoes with Pepperoni and Bacon

Comecei essa receita cozinhando no vapor 4 batatas grandes, esperei esfriar e com uma faca de ponta bem afiada cortei no sentido horizontal no meio sem chegar nas bordas e nem muito fundo na batata para não quebrá-las, apertei delicadamente as laterais para abrir

I started this recipe by steaming 4 large potatoes, I waited to cool down and with a very sharp knife I cut horizontally in the middle without reaching the edges and not too deep into the potato so as not to break them, I gently pressed the sides to open

Retirei o máximo que consegui da polpa da batata e reservei em um refratário onde acrescentei junto, 1/2 gomo de linguiça calabresa que piquei e fritei sem óleo, 1/2 cebola picadinha, sal à gosto e 2 colheres de sopa cheias de requeijão cremoso (se precisar de mais vá acrescentando aos poucos)


I removed as much of the potato pulp as I could and reserved it in a refractory where I added 1/2 slice of calabrese sausage that I chopped and fried without oil, 1/2 chopped onion, salt to taste and 2 full tablespoons of cream cheese (if you need more add it little by little)


Reguei com azeite de oliva extravirgem, fritei bacon e salpiquei por cima e levei ao forno pré aquecido à 200 graus por aproximadamente 20 minutinhos ou até ver que as batatas estarão bemmm douradinhas e sirva (dá pra fazer na #airfryer também na mesma temperatura ok) 😉


I drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, fried bacon and sprinkled it on top and put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and serve (you can do it in the #airfryer also at the same temperature ok) 😉
