Potatoes5 unit(s)
Ground meat seasoned to taste500 g
Mozzarella cheese chunk200 g
Mozzarella cheese slices100 g
Olive oil or margarine to taste

Cook the potatoes in water and salt. After cooking, open in half lengthwise and "cavuque" leaving room for stuffing.
Pass olive oil or margarine in the potato cavities and book.
Make dumplings with ground meat stuffing with a piece of cheese and place inside the potato cavity. Repeat for all potatoes.
Take it to the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, place a slice of cheese over each potato and return to the oven until the cheese melts and serve next.
Suggestion: with the "core" of the potatoes, make a puree to serve together.
