  • Medium/Large Potatoes1 unit(s)
  • Chicken breast (I used leftover roast chicken)50 g
  • Mozzarella20 g
  • Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
  • Butter1/2 dessert spoon
  • Sour cream1 tablespoon
  1. Wash the potato well and poke holes in it with a fork.
  2. Wrap the potato in a paper towel or damp cloth and microwave for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the butter and add the minced or shredded chicken. Season with salt and sweet paprika. Add sour cream and half the cheese. Mix well and turn off the heat.
  4. Make a rectangular cut in the center of the potato and remove some of the potato core.
  5. Stuff the potato with the chicken, cover with cottage cheese and mozzarella. Spread oregano and water with 1 strand of olive oil.
  6. Take it in the airfryer for 5 minutes, until golden!
