Higienize as batatas muito bem , seque as e coloque as em um saquinho esses de por frutas , carnes amarre a ponta e faça alguns  furos pela embalagem leve ao microondas por 20 minutos e reserve.

Passe pelo multi processador a calabresa e reserve.
Em uma panela aqueça o óleo  e adicione a cebola e o alho até dourar junte o tomate e a calabresa deixe refogar e adicione o cheiro verde.Reserve.

Sirva com arroz branco e salada verde fica perfeito !
