Daisy500 g
Salt1 tablespoon
Water2 l
Mozzarella (slices)10 unit(s)

Put the potato with the water and take it to the high fire until it cooks, after strain and mash the potatoes.
In another pan put the mashed potatoes, salt and 6 tablespoons full of margarine. Mix and when it starts to boil turn off and set aside
Wash the ground beef and put it in another pan, add the tomato sauce, knor, sazon, the rest of the margarine and cook for 15 minutes.
In a refractory place half of the potato mixture, after all the ground meat and finally the rest of the potato.
Put the mozzarella cheese and chives to taste, bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes and when the cheese melts, you can serve.
