Bacon200 g
Pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
shredded mozzarella cheese200 g
Chopped Green Smell to taste

Cook the potatoes in salted water until cooked but firm.
Cut a part of the potato as if it were a lid, remove the core with the help of a spoon, set aside
Fry the onion, bacon and pepperoni, all finely chopped and mix the potato that was reserved.
Stuff the potatoes with this mixture and cover with the mozzarella and the green smell and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.
