- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- shredded mozzarella cheese200 g
- Chopped Green Smell to taste
- Cook the potatoes in salted water until cooked but firm.
- Cut a part of the potato as if it were a lid, remove the core with the help of a spoon, set aside
- Fry the onion, bacon and pepperoni, all finely chopped and mix the potato that was reserved.
- Stuff the potatoes with this mixture and cover with the mozzarella and the green smell and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.
