- Boiled and Squeezed Potatoes400 g

- Wheat flour50 g
- Shredded ham50 g
- Mozzarella50 g
- Nutmeg, Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for breading to taste
- Wheat flour for breading to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil for frying to taste
- Cook the potatoes in salted water and then mash them.
- Mix the mashed potato, egg yolk, wheat flour, nutmeg, salt and black pepper until a dough forms.
- Mix the cheese and ham and set aside.
- Make balls.
- Dip the dumplings in flour, dip in beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
