Retire a massa de dentro das duas batatas cozidas, deixando uma cavidade em cada uma, reserve.

Remove the dough from inside the two cooked potatoes, leaving a cavity in each one, set aside.

Misture as massas da batata com sal, pimenta, ovo, queijo mussarela, bacon frito e creme de leite, misture bem.

Mix potato pasta with salt, pepper, egg, mozzarella cheese, fried bacon and sour cream, mix well.

Em um tabuleiro, coloque as duas batatas e distribua em cada cavidade um pouco de queijo mussarela, a mistura das massas, bacon frito, mais um pouco de queijo mussarela por cima, bacon e finalize com cebolinha picada a gosto.

On a tray, place the two potatoes and distribute in each cavity a little mozzarella cheese, the pasta mixture, fried bacon, plus a little mozzarella cheese on top, bacon and finish with chopped chives to taste.

Leve na Air fryer (200° C), por cerca de 20 minutos.
