- Cheese (Mozzarella or Platter)150 g
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cook the potatoes until they become mayonnaise.
- Cut a lid on the side of the potato, and make a hole in it so you can put the stuffing inside.
- Mix the potato brains with curd, bacon and 100 grams of cheese, add salt to taste
- Stuff the potatoes, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top, and bake until golden.
