  • Bacon100 g
  • cream cheese1 cup
  • Chopped Mozzarella100 g
  • Chopped Ham100 g
  • Green smell1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes with salt until they are soft. Dig and remove the pulp, it will look like a boat. Place the already dug potatoes in a baking dish. Fry the bacon until it's very crispy, mix the bacon, the cottage cheese, the mozzarella, the ham and the green smell. Stuff the potatoes and bake for 20 minutes. I use the pulp to make a puree later. I hope you enjoy!
